It’s been a while - longer than I’d like to admit. Life, work, and the usual rabbit holes of late-night terminal sessions have kept me away from writing. But I’ve decided to change that.

Going forward, I want to use this space to document the projects I’m working on: the fun ones, the frustrating ones, and especially the ones where I learn something unexpected along the way. Most of them are tied to my current role and, no surprise here, Linux. Whether it’s automation, self-hosting, containers, or just wrestling with some obscure kernel behavior at 2am - I’ll try to write about it.

The goal isn’t to produce polished tutorials. It’s more of a public notebook - a place to share what I’m building, what broke, and what I figured out. If something here saves you an hour of debugging, even better.

On a related note, I’ve been thinking about spinning up a Mastodon server under the unixworld.org domain. The idea is to have a small, focused corner of the Fediverse for people who care about Unix, Linux, and open-source culture. Nothing massive - just a well-run instance with a clear identity.

It’s still in the planning stage, but I’m serious about it. Keep an eye out for updates here and I’ll post more details once things start coming together.
